Orion has acquired Vernacare’s Harm Reduction business, known as Frontier NX — strengthening our position as a leading specialist provider within the UK harm reduction market.
This strategic acquisition significantly enhances our ability to support Public Health teams, NHS partners, pharmacies, and charities with comprehensive, specialist needle and syringe provision. It reflects our continued investment in the sector and our long-term commitment to organisations working on the frontline.
As part of the agreement, we have entered into an exclusive partnership with Vernacare, whereby Orion will source all sharp containers from Vernacare. This ensures our customers benefit from industry-leading, high-quality sharps containment solutions alongside our specialist harm reduction expertise.
By bringing the Frontier NX range under Orion’s focused leadership, we are:
